Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at High Prairie Fitness. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff, overseeing sales operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
