Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Esso High Prairie. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately managed to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Train and develop sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. Public transportation is not available.
