Sales Team Lead

Carmichael Towing is seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Assigning sales workers to duties and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
* Hiring and training or arranging for training of staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
* Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
* Resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
* Organizing and maintaining inventory to ensure efficient operations
* Supervising and coordinating activities of workers to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

* Fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting sales targets
* Work under pressure to meet deadlines and exceed sales goals
* Permanent position with a 35-hour workweek
* English language proficiency required
