Job Title: Plumbing Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Apprentice to join our team at District Mechanical. As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting experienced plumbers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the installation of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and inspecting equipment
  • Assist in the repair of plumbing systems, including leak detection and repair
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering equipment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
  • Apprentice plumber certification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
