About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at E-TOWN PLUMBING LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for plumbing projects.
  • Instruct apprentices and provide guidance on plumbing techniques and best practices.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Schedule personnel, tools, and equipment for plumbing projects.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
Requirements
  • Plumber Trade Certification.
  • Plumber Red Seal Certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
