Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for people and business growth? We're seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Plan Group Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding. Your expertise in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition will be essential in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings, and sharing leads with your team. You will also develop and promote our brand and employee value proposition through social media and events, and act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and industry events. In addition, you will support internal workforce planning, career development, and international mobility, and oversee applicant tracking and job boards, monitoring key recruitment metrics. To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources, and a minimum of three years of full cycle recruitment experience, with construction industry experience being an asset. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the full recruitment process, from role definition and candidate screening to evaluation, offers, and onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, leading weekly meetings and sharing leads with your team.

**Requirements:**

* Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
* A minimum of three years of full cycle recruitment experience; construction industry experience a definite asset.
* A minimum of three years of experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition.
