Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Denali Transport Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Information Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow within the team.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including screening candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
