Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at First Call Construction. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
