About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at I.LAC INVESTMENTS INC. as a Restaurant Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits, including cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, including recruiting, setting work schedules, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Event Management: Manage events and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 80 hours per week.
