We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Services Coordinator to join our team at Onroute Towing and Autobody. As a member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs. They will also operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scrap materials, dirt, and debris, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings, as well as performing minor repairs on appliances. They will also be responsible for conducting safety and security checks, and moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Salary Estimate: The salary for this role is estimated to be between $25.00 and $35.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
