Job Summary

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of sustainable CAADSI analytical and related technology solutions for an assigned portfolio of programs/services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan, develop, implement, and/or evaluate new or redesigned services/programs to support operational improvement priorities.
  • Establish project charters, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide coordination and project management within a change management and program or service context.
  • Facilitate consensus with stakeholders as required and ensure new or redesigned programs are ready for implementation.
  • Develop and/or recommend tools and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the progress and outcomes of clinical initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or a health care discipline.
  • Seven to ten years' recent, related progressively responsible leadership experience, including related experience in project and change management.
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
