Project Manager, CAADSI

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team at Fraser Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of sustainable CAADSI analytical and related technology solutions for an assigned portfolio of programs/services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines.
- Develop and implement project plans, including project charters, scope statements, and project schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project resources, including budgets, timelines, and team members.
- Ensure alignment with provincial, Fraser Health, and program objectives and priorities.
- Apply project management methodologies to drive improvement initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
- Provide coaching and facilitation to program/service teams to support the development, monitoring, and analysis of CAADSI solutions.
- Develop and recommend tools and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the progress and outcomes of clinical initiatives.
- Master's degree in business or a healthcare discipline.
- Seven to ten years of recent, related progressively responsible leadership experience, including experience in project and change management.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
- Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous.
- Professional/Technical Capabilities: Demonstrated leadership in roles to lead and move forward complex organizational change issues across health service programs.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare system and current healthcare issues.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to incorporate program/site needs within the broader context of the healthcare delivery system and multiple program requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality improvement principles, methods, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to apply project management and/or quality improvement methodology.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills and evaluation methodology.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team, including within a matrix reporting structure.
- Ability to develop and maintain rapport and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining sensitivity to political and other external environmental issues subject to continuous change.
