Project Director, CAADSI

Fraser Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating sustainable CAADSI analytical and related technology solutions for assigned programs/services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, plan, develop, implement, and/or evaluate new or redesigned services/programs to support operational improvement priorities.
- Establish project charters, plans, and objectives to outline operational improvement timelines and deliverables.
- Execute plans according to project methodologies, ensuring completion and coordination of assigned initiatives.
- Facilitate consensus with stakeholders as required and ensure new or redesigned programs are ready for implementation.
- Provide coordination and project management within a change management and program or service context.
- Develop and/or recommend tools and mechanisms to measure, monitor, and evaluate the progress and outcomes of clinical initiatives.
- Provide leadership to assigned project teams by identifying, establishing, and managing the appropriate team structure, complement, and membership required for assigned initiatives.
- Master's degree in business or a healthcare discipline, supplemented with seven to ten years' recent, related progressively responsible leadership experience.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
- Demonstrated leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous.
- Professional/Technical Capabilities: demonstrated leadership in roles to lead and move forward complex organizational change issues across health service programs.
