Key Responsibilities

As a Night Auditor at Silver Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, welcoming and greeting them, and executing check-in and check-out procedures. You will also answer guest inquiries and provide assistance in a professional manner, answer all incoming phone calls, and process new reservations. Additionally, you will accurately follow all cash handling procedures, adhere to all department and Company policies and procedures, and ensure guest security by proper handling of guest room keys and personal information.

Requirements
  • Passion for customer service and a detail-oriented approach
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Proficient in using a computer and good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • OPERA PMS knowledge preferred
  • Able to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Must be able to work evenings and overnights, including weekends and holidays
