About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at Trio Compounding Lab and Pharmacy. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Data Management: Enter client information into our databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pharmacy Support: Provide assistance to our pharmacists in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and efficient service to our clients.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked and our clients have access to the products they need.
  • Prescription Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date prescription records, ensuring that our clients' medication needs are met.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that our pharmacy is always equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients.
  • Record Keeping: Record information about donors and clients, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Insurance Billing: Bill third-party insurers on behalf of our clients, ensuring that they receive the services they need.
Personal Qualities
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Work Environment
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
