About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at Trio Compounding Lab and Pharmacy. As a Technical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Data Management: Enter client information into our databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Pharmacy Support: Provide assistance to our pharmacists in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that we always have the necessary supplies on hand.
  • Prescription Records: Maintain up-to-date prescription records, ensuring that patient information is accurate and secure.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that our pharmacy is always well-stocked and ready for use.
  • Record Keeping: Record information about donors and other relevant data, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Third-Party Billing: Bill third-party insurers for services rendered, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment.
