About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Manulife. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test automation strategies and plans to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Design and execute manual tests to identify and report defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineering and product management, to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on quality assurance best practices.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies, including Java, Selenium, and TestNG.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
