About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. They will also play a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

A strong leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service;
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency;
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and address any complaints or concerns promptly;

Requirements
