Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Manitoba Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and coach staff to improve performance
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.

The primary language of work is English.
