About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resource Planner to join our Assurance practice in Quebec. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our resource planning process and tools, including analyzing the optimization of resources and scheduling bookings for our assurance offices. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the resource planning process and tools to optimize resource utilization and ensure efficient scheduling of bookings
  • Liaise with management team to coordinate bookings and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the resource management process
  • Work closely with Group Leaders and Business Managers to coordinate the sharing of resources between offices and analyze business needs
  • Update the system with new hires and assign Performance Managers and Coaches as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of employee lists, vacation days, sick leaves, and study leaves
  • Collaborate with other Resource Planners to ensure seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to audit partners as required

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
