  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional HR coaching and advice to selected business groups, considering best practices and trends, and ensuring that HR management decisions and practices meet legislation as well as company values.
  • Collaborate with peers to provide support and professional guidance related to human resources management.
  • Assist with investigations, assist managers in conflict management and other issues.
  • Participate in local or national projects and deployment of corporate initiatives and programs.
  • Search, analyze data, and recommend potential solutions to a variety of tactical and operational issues in human resources management.
  • Facilitate focus groups, training workshops, and information sessions for employees and/or managers.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree with a Human Resources specialization.
  • 3 years of related experience in Human Resources.
  • A flexible, agile, and resilient approach to working in a dynamic ever-changing work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to influence, and relational ease with all hierarchical levels.
  • Proven track record of critical and strategic thinking to solve operational and/or complex problems.
  • Ability to evolve in a multi-site, matrix organization and in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong communication, influencing, analytical, synthesis, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical, up-to-date expertise in Human Resources and employment legislation.
  • Knowledge in many areas of human resources including talent management, performance management, and employee relations, disability management, engagement, compensation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
