Role Overview

As a cornerstone business within Scotia Wealth Management, we're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Associate to contribute to the overall success of our Wealth Advisors. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for ensuring a high level of client service through effective administration and day-to-day trading of their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative processes and escalations, ensuring timely and responsive client service.
  • Support Wealth Advisors in regular reviews of portfolios, including entering client trades and identifying client needs.
  • Provide marketing assistance by coordinating materials, events, and seminars to grow assets and revenue.
  • Support business growth by managing tracking reports for Wealth Advisors to review targets, recommendations, and financial plans.
  • Build effective working relationships across various departmental and business line contacts.
Requirements
  • Experience in the securities industry.
  • Already duly registered as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
