Laundry Attendant Job Description

Crystal Clean Janitorial Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of laundry services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to clean and maintain fabrics.
  • Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles to ensure they are properly cleaned and packaged.
  • Assemble and bag finished articles, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Record any damage or improper cleaning or laundering of articles.
  • Use a hand-held steam iron to touch up finished garments and other articles.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding, with the ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Repetitive tasks are a part of this role.
Work Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
