Job Title: Laundry Attendant
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team at Crystal Clean Janitorial Services Ltd. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the highest standards of laundry and dry cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and add detergents, dyes, bleaches, starches, and other solutions and chemicals to ensure optimal cleaning results.
- Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles with precision and care.
- Assemble and bag finished articles, ensuring they meet our establishment standards.
- Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles for quality and accuracy.
- Record any damage or improper cleaning or laundering of articles.
- Use a hand-held steam iron to touch up finished garments and other articles.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding role.
