Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Correspondent Sales and Relationship Management to join our Correspondent & Institutional team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a high-performing team and drive growth in our correspondent sales and relationship management business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and profit targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand our correspondent sales and relationship management business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our correspondent partners and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior management to define sales strategies and identify market opportunities
- Manage and support a team to deliver exceptional partner experience and meet sales goals
- 10-15 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the financial industry
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams and driving growth
- Strong relationships with correspondent partners and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and drive continuous improvement
