Director, Correspondent Sales and Relationship Management Lead

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Correspondent Sales and Relationship Management to join our Correspondent & Institutional team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional partner experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales professionals in driving growth and delivering exceptional partner experience
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales goals and profit targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales initiatives with broader organizational goals
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales and drive continuous improvement
- University degree preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong background in the financial and brokerage industry
- Completion of CSC and CPH
- Correspondent and Institutional experience dealing with Portfolio Management firms, CIRO & MFDA firms, and other Institutional firms in Canada and the US
- Proven relationship management and focus on value-added customer service
- Proven experience in sales prospecting and lead development
- Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales team
- Experience with establishing KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and exceeded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent communication skills in English, with bilingual skills in French an asset
