We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE professional to lead the implementation of our company's HSE Management System across the Business Unit. As our HSE Program & Project Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing HSE projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, modeling safety behavior and reinforcing a safe behavioral culture.
  • Develop and implement change management and project plans to drive sustainable HSE projects.
  • Design impactful training programs that resonate with diverse teams, fostering a deep understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communicate HSE policies effectively across the organization, ensuring staff are informed and compliant.
  • Analyze and monitor HSE programs and key performance indicators.
