Job Title: HSE Program & Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE professional to lead our HSE Management System implementation across the Business Unit. As our HSE Program & Project Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing HSE projects, ensuring timely, accurate, and sustainable outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in embedding a safety culture that aligns with our global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Collaborate with HSE Managers and coordinators to build trust and execute leadership, model safety behavior, and reinforce a safe behavioral culture.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement change management and project plans to drive sustainable HSE projects, including those related to life-saving rules, and design impactful training programs that resonate with diverse teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate HSE policies effectively across the organization, ensuring staff are informed and compliant, and build and maintain a network of stakeholders to support NUTRECO's HSE objectives.
  • Program Management: Author and maintain BUNA HSE documents within the Document Management System, ensuring compliance with Global HSE standards, and analyze and monitor HSE programs and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of robust environmental and/or safety experience in manufacturing operations and multi-site HSE management.
  • Self-motivated and highly independent, with the ability to plan and execute work effectively, ensuring all HSE initiatives are implemented seamlessly and with the highest level of efficiency.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Preferred Hiring Criteria:

  • Certifications: Project Management, Change Management, Adult Education, IOSH/CSP/HVK.
  • Proven ability to deliver processes effectively and optimize business resources.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • A passion for fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
