CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our clinical operations.
About the RoleThe Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our mental health programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and program development. This includes leading a multidisciplinary team, working closely with senior management to develop high-functioning clinical teams, and ensuring evidence-informed practice and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee day-to-day operations
- Work with senior management to develop high-functioning clinical teams
- Ensure evidence-informed practice and high-quality care
- Develop and implement program strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery
- Graduate degree in clinical psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing with relevant experience
- Current registration with a professional college
- Minimum five years of clinical practice in child and family mental health
- Minimum two years of clinical leadership experience
- Pass criminal records check with vulnerable sector search
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption
- Ability to maintain Therapeutic Crisis Intervention certification
