Product Integrity Manager Senior/Manager Job Description

THE ROLE

As the Product Integrity Manager Senior/Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Establish the enduring approach for Product Integrity at Aritzia.
  • Ensure the integrity of Aritzia raw materials and finished goods is consistently evaluated and upheld by all testers and inspectors.
  • Ensure that fabrics, trims, washes, and applied graphics are executed to Aritzia and regulatory standards pre, during, and post-production.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Product Integrity Manager Senior/Manager has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in product integrity, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
