As the Senior Product Manager, Omnichannel Platform, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end product lifecycle of the Omnichannel Platform, enabling engineering teams to deliver a best-in-class set of platform services for international retail at scale.

You will collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to shape the vision and strategy, actively participating in budget and resource planning.

Meet Your Future Team:

The Omnichannel team serves business services and underlying integration platforms globally for Arc'teryx, with both local and remote team members. Together, we drive new platform development to meet business demands with unmatched speed and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the director of engineering to communicate the strategic vision and align technology product strategy with company goals and vision.
  • Build strong partnerships with business product owners and sponsors to understand, empathize, and create a compelling vision and strategic 1-3 year roadmap for the platform.
  • Support technology senior leaders in achieving the product portfolio's strategic goals.

Future Opportunities:

  • Lead strategic planning sessions with business stakeholders to understand long-term business objectives and technology requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years' professional experience in software development or developer tools.
  • 2+ years' experience working with APIs, Cloud technology such as Kubernetes, Redis, no-sql databases, and backend server technology.
  • Technical background and/or strong experience in a technical environment.
  • Demonstrated success working in an agile methodology.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills while managing multiple, competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and resources for product portfolios.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring in an agile development environment.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$122,000 - CAD$152,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training.
