As a Senior Product Manager, Chargebacks at GeoComply, you will be responsible for leading the development of our payment and chargeback product from conception to launch. This will involve collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to oversee all product development activities, including ideation, product roadmap, goals, UI/UX, engineering, success metrics, A/B testing strategy, and launch plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and provide regular product roadmap updates, aligning vision with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Drive feature request discussion and ideation to determine business value and rigorous prioritization.
  • Create product specifications in collaboration with stakeholders, review engineering design documents, and lead the execution with cross-team support.
  • Define product success metrics, and monitor and optimize for future iterations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build a plan to grow and scale the product through high-velocity experimentation and heuristics/ML models.
  • Maintain consistent relationships with enterprise customers to serve as point person for your product space, regularly taking feedback into account and anticipating their future needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering successful products, in engineering or product management role.
  • Previous experience in building products in the fintech, payments or chargeback space is preferred.
  • Stellar technical depth and product instincts, with engineering background/experience, able to make product/tech trade-offs.
  • Customer obsession, with passion for delivering an exceptional user experience, design thinking and customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products.
  • Technical skills, ability to inform and evaluate engineering decisions.
  • Stakeholder management, able to effectively manage stakeholders and integration partners.
  • Bias for action, don't hesitate to take initiative and address something hands-on.
  • Great presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A never-ending desire to grow and learn.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000 CAD per year. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Global markets. The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 per year up to $165,000 per year.
