Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice and guidance to our business units on various matters, including corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Manage and oversee the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.

- 5+ years of experience as a lawyer in a corporate law setting.
