We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at OSCARS DELI. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Work Setting: Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and organization are essential.
- Physical Capabilities: You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Suitability: We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
