**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Ecommerce to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. as a key member of our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our online sales channel, developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy, and driving revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic ecommerce plan to drive revenue growth and profitability, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
- Manage the revenue, expenses, and profitability of the online business, including site updates, promotions, and customer service.
- Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Function as the primary point of contact, primary administrator, and internal expert of the ecommerce strategy and systems.
- Optimize the customer journey and user experience to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversion through paid and organic channels.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to ensure smooth operation of the ecommerce business.
- Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in ecommerce, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive ecommerce experience, including management of large-scale ecommerce platforms resulting in an increase in customer lifetime value and revenue for the company.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.
