Ecommerce Director

Brandt is seeking a seasoned ecommerce professional to lead and grow our online sales channel in Regina, SK.
This role reports to the Vice President of Customer Experience and requires a high degree of business acumen, strong technical competence, and excellent organizational and people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage the revenue, expenses, and profitability of Brandt's online business.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce platform, including site updates, promotions, and customer service.
- Build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a senior leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Proven record of accomplishment of driving online revenue and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive ecommerce experience, including management of a large-scale ecommerce platform.
