The eCommerce team at Cova is a dynamic and growing group of professionals working together to help retailers extend their reach and discoverability online. We're passionate about creating a cohesive in-store and online experience that engages customers and builds long-term relationships.
About the Role:
As the Product Manager for eCommerce, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a vision and strategy for creating a best-in-class online shopping experience for cannabis consumers. You'll partner with the Technical Lead and global team of engineers to deliver solutions that drive positive impact for retailers and consumers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply product principles and practices to inform your product roadmap and drive customer value
- Collaborate with retailers and consumers to gather insights and validate assumptions
- Work with other product managers and stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competition to contribute to Cova's overall product strategy
- Communicate product vision and strategy across the company
- Partner with other departments to create go-to-market strategies and plans
- Prioritize ruthlessly to deliver customer value through Cova's agile product development process
- Define and track measures of success to monitor product performance
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of product management experience in eCommerce or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of shipping products and balancing idealism with pragmatism
- Experience creating and sharing strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with tracking and collaboration tools
- Commitment to continuous improvement in your career and craft
