Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves coordinating direct service staff, ensuring efficient delivery of services to Home Care clients. The successful candidate will maintain a competent complement of DSS to meet case load demands, identifying recruitment and education needs, matching, assigning and scheduling DSS, and providing ongoing supervision and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate direct service staff to ensure effective delivery of services to Home Care clients.
  • Maintain a competent complement of DSS to meet case load demands.
  • Identify recruitment and education needs for DSS.
  • Match, assign, and schedule DSS to meet client needs.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and evaluation of DSS.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience supervising staff in a unionized environment, proficiency in computerized systems, and related experience in a healthcare field. A recognized post-secondary certificate and/or diploma in a health services or social sciences field are also required.
