Job Opportunity: Risk and Security Officer

Worldline is seeking a highly skilled Information Security & Risk Officer to join our global business line: Merchant Services and be part of our 2nd Line of Defense Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first point of contact for the local business regarding risk or security topics.
  • You will supervise and participate in further developments of the IT/security risk management and internal control system, relevant tools and processes.
  • You will supervise the compliance with local and industry-specific regulations like PCI DSS or ISO 27001 and implementation of required measures.
  • You will conduct periodic operational and security risk controls, to validate the efficiency, identify risks and promote continuous improvement.
  • You will support quarterly enterprise risk management assessments.
  • You will supervise, govern, and validate the security maturity level of key suppliers.
  • You will support the Risk and Information Security activities of MS Security Organization for your scope.

Requirements:

  • You possess excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • You have good interpersonal skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
  • You are results-driven and persistent.
  • You are self-starter and can operate in virtual setups and matrix organizations.
  • You own a multicultural mindset.

Education and Experience:

  • You have a Bachelor in IT, IT Security, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • You possess 5 years of experience as an operational risk, information security, security risk management and/or cybersecurity professional.
  • You have proven knowledge of relevant risk and security frameworks, like COSO, ISO 27001, PCI, etc.
