Job Title: In-Room Dining Server

We are seeking a skilled In-Room Dining Server to join our team at The Rimrock. As an In-Room Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing prompt and courteous service while delivering food and beverage orders to their rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to guest needs.
  • Have complete knowledge of the In-Room Dining menu and be able to answer guest questions about menu items.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other In-Room Dining staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Polish silverware and glassware to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Accurately check, restock, and charge Mini Bar baskets in guest rooms.
  • Work shifts in the Cafe as needed.
Requirements:
  • Alberta ProServe Certification
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized with solid time-management skills
  • Competent in POS and comfortable handling cash
