About the Role

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for supervising a team of staff members. The work schedule is 35 hours per week, and the language of work is English.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and will be familiar with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
  • To train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • To recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • To prepare production and other reports
  • To recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • To supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • To establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
