Hinduja Tech Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a project team consisting of controls engineers, technicians, contractors, and equipment vendors to implement stamping equipment projects from budget development through production handover to meet the project KPI targets for Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost.
- Research, develop, and implement new safety, quality assurance, and production technologies.
- Through training and On the Job Development, become a Stamping Equipment technical expert.
- Lead and train new engineers and co-ops on stamping equipment best practices.
- Support and contribute to global information sharing and Kaizen development.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (or higher), MBA is an asset.
- Manufacturing or Stamping Industry experience – 5 years required.
- Project management experience – 5 years required.
- Be eligible to become a Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
- Strong ability to analyze electrical and mechanical drawings, and PLC.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills for clear communication to stakeholders utilizing Microsoft365 applications such as Excel, PowerBI, Project, and PowerPoint.
