Job Summary

Pizzaville is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
