About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Property Management team at BC Hydro. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Property Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Department, including maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a property management or facilities management environment.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
