Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and authorize payments by cheque.
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise, and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work under pressure, handling heavy loads, and combining sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent oral communication, accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week
