Barista - University of Central Starbucks Store

We are seeking a highly skilled Barista to join our team at the University of Central Starbucks Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, anticipates customer needs, and responds to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve specialty beverages and food items according to brand standards and recipes.
- Point of Sale Operations: Accurately operate a point of sale system, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Count, organize, and balance cash drawers, fill out cashier slips, and make deposits as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience, cash handling experience, and experience as a Barista are preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Basic math and counting skills, ability to work independently with limited supervision, ability to read and communicate in English, and ability to follow recipes and company policies.
