We are seeking a skilled and experienced Leading Retail Operations Manager to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage budgets and finances, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and respectful work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.
