Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Aviva is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our efforts in delivering Confidence and Commitment to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IAM team in developing and implementing Identity and Access Management solutions that align with Aviva's Values of Care, Commitment, Community, and Confidence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of IAM strategies with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Aviva's IAM solutions remain competitive and secure.
