Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Aviva Canada is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of our IAM program. As a key member of our Cyber Security Services team, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering end-to-end IAM solutions that meet the needs of our workforce, customers, and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of senior engineers and technical support specialists to design, implement, and operate IAM solutions that meet business requirements and security standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive IAM strategies, roadmaps, and architectures that align with Aviva Canada's business objectives and risk management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with other business systems and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the effective implementation and operation of IAM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure Aviva Canada remains at the forefront of IAM innovation.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in IAM or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in implementing IAM technologies, processes, and capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as OKTA Customer Identity Cloud, Sailpoint IdentityNOW, BeyondTrust, and CyberArk.
- Deep understanding of CIAM technologies, controls, and standard methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of IAM capabilities, including authentication, authorization, attribute/policy/role-based access control management, access certifications, and PAM secrets management.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
