About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Stuffy Riders. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that it is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban area, retail business.
